Not receiving emails?

The most common reason is that your organization’s email system is blocking messages from us. But that’s usually an easy problem to fix.

Please ask your IT department do the following:

  • Open up/whitelist the email addresses that we send from, which could be:

    vizientinc.com
    vizient@advansiv.com
    vizient@vizient.advansiv.com
  • Open up/whitelist the IP addresses that we send emails from, which are:

    207.250.68.41
    216.27.63.27 - 216.27.63.254
    69.166.148.0 - 69.166.148.255
